“The property is dated, especially with the furniture. Some repairs are needed in the bathroom area. It was within easy walking distance of town. The balcony is a great place for early-morning coffee and all meals fixed in the condo. Very quiet. Plenty of parking spaces close to the condo entrance. No Wi-Fi connection available. We tried every day for a week.”

“This entire complex is very old and tired looking from the outside. Built in the 70s, it could use some TLC for the buildings and landscaping to improve the grounds. The clubhouse is small for the number of units it serves. This particular unit was comfortable on the inside except for the heat. Even at 8500 feet, it gets warm during the day in the summer. This unit has limited ventilation to let in cooler evening air. Since it is on the first floor, it doesn't make sense to keep the screen……

“Awesome stay! The location was perfect with access to the bus! ”

“The property was great for a quick getaway! Conveniently located to recreational center and downtown.”

“Good trail nearby, and bus route to town too!”

“Beautiful condo with amazing views from the balcony. Very clean, host was very responsive, excellent communication. Great place to stay!”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff is always friendly and the lodging is exactly what we were looking for.”

“Well-situated between Winter Park Resort area and village activities of WP/Fraser. Maintenance staff was exceptional.”

“The condo is outdated in a very nice property. The condo has old furniture, stained carpet and an old bathroom with tub and 1980's white tiles. This condo has no AC, so it's gets hot even in a 75 deg outside weather. It should be equipped with ceiling fans or much nicer fan than one cheap fan provided. The furniture in the living room and the dining table needs to be upgraded. The property is very good for summer and winter activities. There are several restaurants within the larger……

“Great spot.”

“Great place, super friendly host! Highly recommend!!”

“The location was amazing! Super convenient for the slopes. The kitchen was stocked well enough for the simple meals we intended to cook while there. Unfortunately the washer/dryer was broken for the duration of our stay. There was another community laundry room on the property but it required you check on your laundry every 35 minutes. My family had a great vacation and really enjoyed staying here.”

“Everything is good”

“This space is very well appointed, clean, and aesthetically attractive. We spent five days there, and it was a perfect homebase.”

“Great location, very close to town. The pool and tennis courts were great!”

“The bed was horrible and the only thing the property manager said back was sorry he never had no complaints ok yea bed was so bad you couldn’t sleep bed squeaking my back was killing me so uncomfortable old bed”

“This property was awesome very clean. The only turn off was no kitchen. The owners were very kinds and responsive! We enjoyed our stay!”

“Always love staying at the property and this was our first time staying in this until! The unit was very conveniently located and had everything we could possibly need! The communication with the host was excellent! Wish we had been able to stay longer!! ”

“Loved the condo! It was perfect for what I needed which was a space for me to visit my daughter and have her stay with me. Girl time! The location was close to everything and short distance to the resort. I love that the trail is right there and so is Safeway. We stayed the year before in Winter Park but it was dark and not as spacious. This was bright and cheery! Thanks!”
