“ If you have a student at Belmont or Vanderbilt, this is the perfect place. We were able to walk to see our granddaughter's fashion show at Belmont, and she was able to hang out with us at the condo. It was exactly as listed: clean and convenient to shopping and restaurants. There was plenty of free parking. We enjoyed our three night stay so much!”

“I was looking for a place close to the Third Man Records place, because my husband was going to be photographing a show there. I didn't love the neighborhood when I was researching, but it was so close and looked so nice, I went ahead and booked it. And we LOVED it! So cute, and we felt safe. With the underground, gated garages, and the electronic locks everywhere (which were also very convenient), we felt secure. The condo itself, was adorable and decorated so nicely. “The townhouse was close to everything. It was nicely furnished and had a very nice kitchen. It had everything we needed, including coffee when we got there. Truthfully, we didn’t spend a whole lot of time in the townhouse. We were there for graduations and had to attend many other functions and dinners. The garage was really nice to have.”

“The host was very welcoming and replied to questions quickly. The townhome was very clean, nicely furnished and complete amenities. Just fyi for guests. It’s next to a train track. We enjoyed the train passing from the balcony and didn’t mind the sound as it passed by. Perfect parking spot for one car and definitely walkable to downtown. I would definitely stay again. ”

“The condo was clean, kitchen was well equipped, bed was comfortable, and parking is right at the front door. Nice river views! The Cumberland River Greenway, a very nice walking path, is located just a few steps over the grass strip after exiting the condo parking area and is nice walk to downtown. We walked south, parallel to the river, all the way to Broadway. We also walked west and past Sounds ballpark and then south down 5th Ave to downtown. We didn't use the pool, but pool and pool deck……
