“It’s okay, but definitely not worth the price I paid. The room was incredibly clean, and the staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and accommodating. However, the room advertised as a Junior Suite was, in reality, little more than a basic room. The bathroom and shower were tiny, with an in-room basin, which felt far below what I would expect from a Junior Suite at this price point. “Great location in the heart of Old Town and friendly staff. The hotel is unique and full of character, but the room is very basic, with many stairs and a steep staircase to the loft beds. The shower was very small, and parking was stressful with a car. Overall, charming and well located, but not the most comfortable stay.”

“The monetary is such a find. We booked this as a treat at the end of a family holiday. The location is perfect, so central. Just down a cute side street. The accommodation is beautiful - renovated to a high standard. The receptionists were so friendly always making time to talk to us about our day or help with anything. We were upgraded to a penthouse suite on arrival which had a roof terrace and hot tub. The room was modern and clean, v comfortable and we made use of the roof terrace one……

During our 6 days of stays, they hlped us in orientation, restaurant recommendation, car rental, travel suggestions, communication in delayed luggage, etc. 1 min to the old harbor ans great harbor view on the roof with music, snacks and drinks. I have to say great service that I seldom seen in my yeas of traveling around the world.”

“Really nice hotel, ideal for us to spend a week in Chania. The room was well looked after and the house keepers did a lovely job of keeping the room tidy. We were pool side and heard little noise. Breakfast had something for all of us, could maybe do with a second coffee machine, but I throughly enjoyed breakfast. The pool was an ideal size, we also managed to get a sunbed, there was plenty of sunny and shady spots to lie in. Location was brilliant, short walk into the town and supermarkets……

“We had a very pleasant stay in this beautiful, traditional hotel. The room was very clean and full of character, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The air conditioning was available 24/7, which was a big plus, especially with the hot weather outside.
