“This is a really lovely apartment, comfortably appointed with many niceties. We stayed here because of its close proximity to Mass General/B&W Faulkner Hospital, where my husband was having major surgery. Hitesh and Priyanka were incredibly kind and patient, especially given my slow responsiveness to messages due to my distractions while caring for my husband at the hospital. The apartment is beautifully decorated and comfortable, with lots of reminders for guests around the building to observe……

“When we arrived the VRBO was different than the one In the listing due to issues with the original, I wasn’t told this before checking in which would of been nice but overall not a big deal! Check in process was good, fast communication and good location. Very clean!”

“Very nice property in a quiet neighborhood right across the river from downtown Salem and most attraction. Very walkable when the weather is nice. Beds were comfortable and plenty of space for groups traveling together. Communication with the host was easy, Meg was very responsive. Decent sized outdoor space with a grill and patio furniture. Really enjoyed our Salem experience and would rent again the next time we come here. Only suggestion I have that would be a nice enhancement would be a hot……

“I've visited Salem five times and this is the absolute best place to stay! Place was immaculate and spacious. It is in the center of town and easy walking distance to EVERYTHING! Will definitely stay there my next visit.”

“My family had a wonderful time staying with our family dog for my son’s college graduation in Boston. Greg was a courteous and most gracious host and we thoroughly enjoyed being all together, lounging on the back porch, cooking and eating family meals, and just hanging out! There was nothing lacking and we would definitely stay again!”

“3 night stay with nine adults. Plenty of space for us all! The house was exactly as pictured and described, very easy to access via smart locks and very clean. Access to the commuter rail was a very quick walk down the hill. We were delighted to see wild turkeys in the park across the street.”

There are 6 rooms in the house and I can't speak for the others but ours was extremely noisy. From the "talking" keypad on the bedroom door, hearing conversations upstairs, hearing people walking up and down the stairs, and a very loud noise of rushing water through pipes every time the upstairs faucet was turned on I was awakened several times in the middle of the night. “The apartment is very nice and comfortable. It's in a quiet neighborhood close to the Harvard Aboretum and less than 2 miles from the Orange Line. The kitchen was well stocked. We had 2 minor complaints. The twin beds are small and better suited to children rather than adults. The upstairs neighbors walk pretty loudly. All in all, we enjoyed our stay.”

“My sister and my son and I had a great weekend up near Boston at this beautifully furnished colonial home. The host was very friendly and welcoming and the house was updated bright and cheery and beautifully furnished. There was a snack basket and a bottle of sparkling cider waiting for us on arrival and the house was in a great location ñ. Can’t recommend it highly enough if you are in that area Best David Upson”

The mail of customer service isn’t to serve customers, but for the administration announcing room inspection or filter changing. I wrote several messages and got no response at all.”
