“This hotel advertised itself as having a smart tv but our room didn’t have one. I have a one year old child and sometimes she needs a distraction so we can have a moment of calm. I had to purchase an Amazon fire stick which I wasn’t planning on buying and have no need for at home. There was also no transparency regarding the cost of parking so I was surprised upon arrival when I was told it would be approximately $200 for a weeks stay. I’m not a fan of hidden costs.
