“Got cold after 2 freezing night sleep, ruined my whole biz trip. The only problem is they need to deal with the quilt, don't cover it on your whole body coz that'd be freaking creepy!”

“Excellent hotel in a stunning location We had a wonderful stay at Lux Le Morne Mauritius. The hotel is excellent, spotlessly clean, and set on a truly beautiful beach with breathtaking views. One of the highlights of our trip was swimming with wild dolphins — absolutely well worth doing and an unforgettable experience. I would definitely recommend spending the extra for an ocean view room; waking up to that view really added something special to our stay. The restaurant was very good……

“Beautiful spot on the cliff over the Indian Ocean on the south coast of Mauritius. About 40 minutes from the airport, including the track through the sugar cane plantation. Quiet except for the continuous roaring of the sea and the waterfall. Wonderful staff, friendly and courteous. In particular the chief chef who made fascinating meals in local style. “The lady might have been the nicest I have ever encountered at a hotel during my years of travelling! The accommodation was very nice for that price point. Was just looking for a place for a good deal with clean sheets, and it was exactly that. There’s no front desk there so it’s best to message the property before arriving. I didn’t realize this until I got there, so walked down the road to KFC to get wifi and message. She replied within minutes, then came and picked us up in her car and drove……

Ein Pool ist vorhanden und die Speisen im Restaurant sind sehr lecker. Das Personal war sehr aufmerksam und ist sehr bemüht den Gästen einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt zu bieten. Perfekt für 2-3 Nächte zum Abschalten.”

“Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit im Tamarina Golf & Spa Boutique Hotel. Ein kleines Zimmerproblem wurde souverän vom Personal gelöst. Wir können das Hotel nur empfehlen, ein eigenes Auto um die Insel zu erkunden ist jedoch nützlich.”
