“When got there late to check in Friday night. We got into the cabin and noticed it was freezing. The heat was turned up max but still freezing. We looked around the cabin and noticed hardly no privacy or coverings for the windows. We looked in the bathroom and noticed a window without a blind in the shower with a see through covering, no way to cover that window forPrivacy use of the bathroom. We also noticed used food piled in the freezer and fridge door. Due to privacy issues of the bathroom……

“My family took a quick weekend trip before the rest of the holiday events took over. We had stayed here before and were very happy with the host and the experience.The property is great for our 3 person family. We were able to get around Hagerstown a bit as well as enjoy the space. (My son and I caught a great sunrise through one of the windows.)The host and his team are responsive and patient. Something broke and the host stayed in contact with us and found a solution.
