“Yikes! First off, did not get anywhere close to the room I thought I booked. The room smelled like cigarettes and was freezing cold. The smoke alarm had a plastic bag wrapped around it for the smokers they must let in! We asked the worker about the heat so he turned it up on his end because my husband complained. It took a very long time to get the room half decent and one of the 2 old heaters did not work at all! The room was in pretty scabby shape. Walls had damage and everything dated. No……

“Staff was rude and unprofessional. For whatever reason they argued with me about my address on my ID, even after i tried to explain that I had recently moved and hadn't updated my DL quite yet, but the credit card I used is in fact my own (hence my name on the card). When i offered to use an alternate card (one that still had my old address on file, to match my DL) he refused. When i offered my husbands DL and credit card (that have current and matching adresses) he refused. When i asked for an……

“Clean, comfortable and convenient location ”

“The room and bedding reeked of cigarette smoke. We found the room with all windows open and heat cranked max, perhaps to try and rid the odour, and that clearly wasn't working. Couldn't wait to leave in the morning. ”

“Good service and good location. Located in the center of Harrison Spring. The facilities are new and very clean. However, the sound insulation effect is poor. You can hear clearly when walking and closing the door in the next room.”
