“Great spot close to the subway so be prepared to use it! Everyone very nice including front desk and door man. Clean and with all needed amenities. We were prepared for the common issue with temperature control reported in reviews. It was toasty so we just ran the supplied fans at night and sometimes cracked the patio door to cool off. 7-11 on the corner, walk to target and great pizza downstairs. Thanks for the stay!”

“We had a fantastic stay! The place was spotless and looked exactly like the photos online—no surprises, just as advertised. The space was well-appointed with everything we needed, from stylish cocktail glasses to quality pans and bowls. The beds were super comfortable, and the outdoor area was a really nice bonus. We felt right at home and will definitely be back the next time we're in Chicago!”

“Our multi-generational group of 7 really enjoyed staying in this home. We had plenty of room to spread out and enjoyed all the amenities. We especially loved having a parking spot in the building plus the neighborhood and proximity to the Lou Malnati’s across the street for a quick dinner. We will definitely be back. “This is our second year staying in this unit. Granddaughter participated in national Forensic. The unit was wonderfully located on State street. We were close to the Navy Pier, Museums, parks etc. A variety of food was in easy walking distance. Recommend The Art of Pizza just around the corner! Only negative was the smells (food and smokes) from the neighboring apartment but I think that’s just part of sharing walls! ”

“Amazing really sums it up! The building g itself is a little dated, but once we walked through the door, its jaw dropping. The views of Chicago, the lake, the downtown area, just amazing. The response of the owners was timely and accurate. The staff at the building is nothing short of ‘amazing’. The convenience to the museums and Michigan Ave makes for a perfect stay! We loved the property, I hope to revisit this property again soon. ”
