“Clean room quiet great breakfast staff awesome”

“When we first arrived late at night (with reservations and a phone call to confirm and say we would be late), hotel staff was nowhere to be found. Had to wait 10 minutes for someone to come to the lobby. Got to the room, and it was 82 degrees! The AC had not been on. It smelled very musty and took all night for it to cool down. Beds were good enough, shower was good enough. There was peeling paint in many places, electrical plus were not flush with the wall, and there was a large chunk of paint……

“The hotel was clean and breakfast was good. Did not like that I had no way to make tea in my room. Do not like that they made a photo copy of my id and credit card and then made me write it down because I checked my son in the day before. Especially since it was prepared. There was no reason to do all that. I understand the card in case there was an issue after we left. But then both my card and my son’s card was charged for the same room. Needing an id for every person staying in the room……
