The shower stall needs a deeper cleaning. There is pink residue on the back wall under the faucet. A pube was on the wall. :/ Other than that, beds were comfy, temperature of room adjusted easily, areas other than bathroom issue were clean/ fresh. Breakfast was good. Oh, you have to hold down the lever when flushing toilet then let go or it may not refill.

Get to breakfast on time

The person at the front desk was excellent, the big bed was comfortable and the pull out couch was sufficient for children. What was available at breakfast was good but we got there about 20 minutes before it was scheduled to close and the selection wasn’t complete.

We stayed here while traveling to Cleveland for a week with our 2 cats. The suite was large and comfortable. It was clean but showing wear and tear. Stains on the couch and the carpet was wrinkled. The floor in the kitchen was very sticky. Our biggest complaint was that house keeping did not come for a refresh when scheduled or when requested. I had to go to the office to get more towels, trash bags and coffee pods. The property out side was very nice, quiet and felt very safe. For the price we would stay again but not exceptional.
