"Room filthy, stained bed covers, holes in walls, no heat on a 42 degree night. Bathtub and toilet stained. No food for breakfast. Deplorable condition overall."

"I rarely leave negative reviews, but this stay was unacceptable from start to finish. At check-in, the only person at the front desk spoke no English and had to call someone to translate. Communication remained difficult throughout my stay, especially when I tried to address serious problems with the room. The room was filthy. Light switches were covered in grime, and the loose switch plate caused the lights to flicker on and off, suggesting unsafe wiring. The bathtub had a green stain around the drain and appeared poorly cleaned. Overall sanitation was far below basic standards. The mattress was extremely hard and uncomfortable. The TV was very small and outdated, and the internet connection was unreliable. I immediately returned to the front desk to request a refund so I could stay elsewhere, but because the reservation was prepaid and staff could not effectively communicate, nothing was resolved. A staff member the next morning was also unhelpful. The environment felt unsafe, with late-night shouting, door slamming, and constant disturbances around 2 a.m. Cars repeatedly pulled up to a room below mine, with people entering briefly and leaving. There was no visible security. I would strongly recommend staying elsewhere."

"The cottage was clean and comfortable. After the original VRBO was cancelled (four days before we traveled), the hostess made us and our dogs feel very welcomed. The overall experience was very good."

"The room was good but they need to change the pillows, two of the pillows had mildew on them. The breakfast was good but the orange juice machine was not working, also they need better. Communication with house keeping I thought check was at 12 twice housekeeping came to the room asking if we were checking out no one should have knocked on our door until after 12 even if we did or didn’t ask for late check out."

"No fan in bathroom so when you get out of shower its all steamed up no pool the pool was closed 1 reason i wanted to stay cuz it was indoor pool and mowhere close to eat besides wendys or circle k i asked for a discount for no use of pool she said they dont do that so on that note i will not be staying there again"
