"The double tree south was a great location really close to time square and all the theaters. The room was a bit small but that was a non factor as we didn’t spend a lot of time there just to sleep. The beds were really comfortable and the shower was really hot after a long day. "

"I absolutely loved the look inside and out of this hotel. Had a nice charm to it. The way the rooms are layed out across the floor means you have one room across from you and not long hallways where noise can travel. You can actually open the windows in the rooms a decent amount.
2nd and 42nd is considerably quieter then grand central or anything near times square/fifth Avenue midtown or penn station, but still very walkable to those locations.

"I really enjoyed my stay. If you're looking for a quiet place - this is not it, though. You can hear the street noise. It's New York, after all. Just mentioning this as I noticed it, but quickly got used to it. The location is great. Near subways, restaurants, Broadway. Almost everything is walking distance away. The room is good and a welcome respite from the busy-ness of the city, but we didn't spend much time in it, because there is just way too much to see and do and too little time."

"I spent 3 nights at Millennium, and the experience was great. The location is great. It took 3 minutes to walk to Times Square, and it is so close to the subway too. The environment is safe, and it's not loud at night. We enjoyed our stay, and I would recommend this to somebody who first gets to NYC and want to explore nightlife in NYC. "
