“clean room”

“Didn’t like it and won’t recommend this place. Next day I spent all day in Medellin and when I came back the bed was not done. I asked them if they can clean my room and they said no, they will only clean ones every 3 days. I was there for 6 days and they only cleaned one times and replaced the towels only one time. The breakfast was everyday the same, charge a little more and give us a better service and very quality food. I wouldn’t stay here again. You get what you paid for.”

“If you go for sigh seeing its ok....the hotel its just ok... So do not expect any services... Ppl verly want to help you....you have to ask for fresh towels if you want... They do not provide hand or wash clothes... For room cleaning you have to ask its for a price... Just FYI”

“We come from Hong Kong. All the lobby securities are very nice, we do not speak Spanish but they do patiently offer us help. We appreciated that. We do have a noise problem during our stay, as we were in lower floor near public area. People would stay for chatting and chilling during late night and early morning. We contact the staff about it, and they have improved that problem. Location may not be in the center but the area is safe for living and 10mins walk to the metro station or shopping……

“Staff is amazing. Got a room in third floor, thw noise was impossible for sleeping, couldn't sleep a bit. Third floor and no elevator but amazing staff to help. You must let them know in advance what you want for breakfast and time to get it to your room.”

“There’s no housekeeping unless you order it and you have to pay extra for that service each day also for renting an apartment you can’t have guests around in the building or in your apartment there is no laundry facilities here to do your laundry. Checking in and checking out is totally ridiculous. You have to check out by 11 am and check in after 3 pm I arrived at 11 am and was not allowed to check in until 3 pm. But for a place that has 33 floors with plenty of apartments free especially on my……

“The property has a nice atmosphere, however, it seems that’s missing many details. There was no place to hang the towels, the bathroom is missing shampoo holders as the bottles of shampoo were just left on the floor. The double bed is too small for two people. The tv remote control did not work, even after changing for another one.”
