“Great service and hospitality”

“We come from Hong Kong. All the lobby securities are very nice, we do not speak Spanish but they do patiently offer us help. We appreciated that. We do have a noise problem during our stay, as we were in lower floor near public area. People would stay for chatting and chilling during late night and early morning. We contact the staff about it, and they have improved that problem. Location may not be in the center but the area is safe for living and 10mins walk to the metro station or shopping……

“Local limpio y bonito. Muy bien ubicado. Cerca de todo en el Poblado y Provenza. Excelente personal. Los sabados en la noche hay exceso de ruido afuera del Hotel y se escucha mucho dentro del cuarto. Domingo y Lunes en la noche fueron muy buenos. Sin tanto ruido. Hay agua caliente Y los amenities muy buenos”

“You get what you pay for. Very basic accommodations- but it did the job for one night sleep. Bed wasn’t that comfortable either. Noisy as the walls are paper thin. My husband said the room smelled weird too but I didn’t notice much. The staff was kind and helpful so that’s why I gave more stars.”

“The apartment is very nice, it wasn't completely clean, I assume it's because of the salt water, many things are rusty. In general the apartment is fine, although when I made the reservation they showed me a first floor, when I arrived they gave me the second, but it's fine. The location on the map from the center to the apartment looks short, but once you're there it's 15 minutes or more. So it's important to bring your driver's license if you want to rent a car or a small taxi; otherwise,……
