“An extremely clean, well-kept apartment close to the good stuff downtown (ballparks, theatres, Inner Harbor). I needed a walkable place close to UMMC, and it's an easy walk. The building is gorgeous, and the apartment has pretty much everything you need. When I'm back in Baltimore, I'll stay there!”

Carl was very proactive about providing helpful information and checking that everything was OK. Although we didn't take advantage, a pingpong table and video arcade game added to the charm. It was within a reasonable walking distance to restaurants, groceries and a metro station.”

I did have 3 issues: 1) the bed was to firm and unfortunately the host did not have an egg crate to use 2) my wife did not like the shower 3) while I was aware hosts lived above I wasn’t expecting to be awakened by a screaming infant who then ran heavy stepping through the entire upstairs as early as 7:40”

“The hosts were very communicative which was very helpful. The apartment is centrally located, so it was easy to walk to most of the activities we participated in. The apartment is older, so came with some oddities (e.g., uneven floors, a hint of a smell, etc.). The assigned internet was not stable, but the host provided an alternate network that we were able to connect to.”
