“The cabin was much more than expected. You could not find a bigger slice of home anywhere on the ocoee River. Bigfoot cabins are the way to go. “The place is being remolded and our room had new carpet. New armchair, freshly
painted and great plugs for electronics. There were not enough towel hooks in the bath, one handle on dresser was hanging down and outside was dirty and a bit trashy,( old furniture and repair objects everywhere). One young man was alone to run the place and didn’t make it up in time for breakfast nut I will give him an A for effort. The price was appropriate for what we experienced.”

“When making the reservation online it said that the checkin time was 2:00 PM. When I arrived at 2:00 PM they said checkin time was 3:00 PM and told me I would have to leave and come back at 3:00. I was also told if I needed anything after hours to call 500. I did so multiple times and no one answered. Finally, no one was at the front desk the next morning to check you out. The front desk attendants were very rude and no help at all. I would never stay here again.”

“The check in procedure was a bit complicated as the lobby closed at 5 and we were arriving after. I had trouble accessing a digital key. When I called, the person I talked to was very helpful and left us a key in the lockbox. So it all worked out. We would have liked to have had drinking glasses, a dish towel, paper towels in the kitchen. Beds were comfortable. The rooms were clean and functional. It was quiet. We would stay there again.”
