“Pool area great, wifi great. But only hot water in the shower. No housekeeping (asked for clean shower towels after 6 days of 8 day stay.) Not great amenities in kitchen. No wash cloths, dish cloths. Ocean view would be possible if it wasn’t blocked by parking lot. Issues with plumbing that gurgled spontaneously from both sinks. “Took over one hour 30 min to check in. Food was terrible. Room service had very limited options, took long and sometimes forgot to deliver order. Chicken at the lunch buffet was served with feathers on it. Staff appeared to be nonchalant about issues raised. They offered a romantic dinner to passify but no one came to take us to the dinner dispite calling and front desk and informing that we were dressed and ready. Total disaster. You are up a hill, so mobility is necessary for going up and down. The Grand Anse beach is in walking distance. I will definitely return. ”
