"Deferred maintenance everywhere .. not even a box of tissues in the room .. mold on bathroom ceiling , broken diverter ,torn lampshades,dark marks on the walls and carpet.. would never stay again or recommend .. also should have known when we turned into the parking lot the potholes and exterior not welcoming .. if I would have reserved my stay to be longer than one night I would have found a different hotel to stay at .. "

"Room was clean. A couple of holes in the light blocking shade. Bath tub didn't drain well and filled up during shower. Shower faucet was loose and leaking. Interaction with staff was limited but my experience was positive. Staff friendly and helpful. Complimentary breakfast was a nice touch."

"we only stayed for a few hrs ac was ok bathroom and bedrooms were ok lots of space in the room we were upgraded to king bed because i wanted lower floor parking crowded inside parking area street parking good luck check in desk polite but a little slow one of the best in the Bronx"
