“I had a wonderful stay at this studio apartment Harbour View Guest House St Ives. I really loved the location — it was perfect for exploring the area and everything was within easy reach. The service was excellent, the apartment was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. I especially appreciated how comfortable and cosy the place felt, which made my stay very relaxing. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”

“We had the King room on the 2nd floor. And whilst it didn't have a view, the room was really comfy with a small sofa, window seat and even a dressing table. Breakfast was really tasty - great choice and friendly service.”

“Sheets were clean and I appreciated the basic amenities and private bathroom. Definitely a very small room, though - I had to shuffle sideways to get from the door past the foot of the bed. Might also have a mold or dust issue. I was sneezing a lot every time I laid down, which resolved when I left. Not terrible, but cramped, and I'd probably stay somewhere else next time.”

“A last min booking in Newquay. Surprisingly spacious room in a large property in the centre of Newquay with free parking. (A real bonus!) A very hot night, so windows open. Yes there as street noise as you would expect, but considering its on the high street, this did stop eventually. Really nice hosts. The beds and furniture is a little dated, but this guest house is on the low budget side, so expected. Would stay again.”
