“Location is amazing, overlooking Treyarnon Bay. Short walk down to beach and little further to Constantine Bay. Free parking. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Good security measures in place. Photo ID required for all guests at check-in and key card entry needed to corridor and room. Room was basic but clean. Don’t forget your towels and toiletries! Breakfast was very good. Reasonably priced at £7.95 for continental buffet with good selection of toast, pastries, yoghurt, fruit and hot and……

“The check in is only between 5-8:30pm. I arrived at 9pm and luckily I called beforehand and the reception lady waited for me. The staff is very friendly. Everything was very clean. The kitchen is big and can allow 3 groups cook at the same time. The surrounding is serene. The river in the front provides natural white noise day and night, good for sleeping. ”
