“My Family has the pleasure of staying in this home for a week and we wish it was much longer. Patrick is an exceptional host. From pre vacation communication and questions, to setting up our airport transfer, drivers for the week, excursions He is nothing but accommodating. I wouldn’t hesitate to encourage any Friend or Family member to stay here. Patrick and his Team made us feel so comfortable and the breakfast was incredible. “A short walk to the beautiful Marino Ballena National Park (enter before 8am or after 4pm if you don’t want to pay). Apartment is located in a quiet area, but very close to large supermarket, petrol, banks, etc, and many options to eat. Apartment is new, nicely appointed, and exactly like the pictures. We saw lots of birds from the balcony. Our neighbour said he saw a puma a few weeks back!”

“Close proximity to town and all its amenities. On the beach at arguably th best surfing spot in Tamarindo. Pool was small but perfect. Grounds were well maintained and safety was never in question. Howler Monkeys every day through the treetops. Ant eater, iguanas, and Ramona, oh my. Note: 2 separate buildings with separate entrances. Fine for our teenage boys. ”

“Robert’s property was absolutely amazing! We were a group of 16 people and enjoyed having enough rooms for everyone to have a private space while the large indoor and outdoor common areas allowed us to spend time together for a meal or to lounge around. The pool area is stunning and allowed us to enjoy the sunshine and get a break from the heat. All the amenities we needed were available and it was a short walk or golf cart ride to the beach to enjoy the ocean and the breathtaking sunset. Thank……
