“Lack of communication with the front desk did it for me! During a power outage I’d typically like to know what’s going on considering I’m from out of town. Why they consider themselves a resort is beyond me. Research before booking”

“We were there from a Friday to Monday and did not get our roomed cleaned one time. Their policy is every other day and that is fine but on Sunday evening when we returned to our room from the day nothing had been done! No clean towels, no beds made, no new toiletries etc. Part of what you pay for and enjoy when you stay at a hotel is coming back to a clean room. When I brought this to the attention of the staff they were not helpful at all. They stated the cleaning staff was gone for the day and……

“Place is a DUMP - Filthy Walls - Rooms stink - Sinks are cracked flooring is worn and torn. TVS out dated flat out DUMP.....Rooms not cleaned during the day. Pay extra and go down street to Baymont.”

“I do not recommend anyone staying here the desk clerk is very rude clearly doesn't like her job plus they charged me over $500 dollars for a two day stay that we didnt even stay there and had no power! And even trying to get my money back is a even bigger mess just nobody is on the same page and everyone wants to forward you to a AI and avoid dealing with the problem. Or they just dont know what their talking about one of the too.”

“We brought our whole family, all 15 of us! Ranging from 2 to 71 years old. Everyone had an amazing experience!! Our view was just like the pictures on their website. Prettiest sunset I've ever seen! We will definitely return.”
