“I was amazed. The picture did not do justice of how beautiful the cabin was when we walked in. How cozy and warm and welcoming. The morning we left it had snowed and how beautiful. Thank you for making our stay so special.”

“First the elevator was out of order and when we questioned the staff we were told we could cancel our rooms. The hotel was not well kept. My bathroom had chips out of the tub and my friend said hers was so bad she wouldn’t use to shower. The soap at the bathroom sinks was mounted on the wall so high many of us couldn’t even reach. Very hard to believe this hotel was associated with the Hilton brand.”
