I wasn’t too worried about that since Tahoe is right there. Marla bay is private, so I had to drive to different beaches and couldn’t just walk, but was still super close. And my dog was allowed, so that was key! :)”

“The house was located in a great neighborhood with a 20 min drive to Palisades ski resort. Overall the house was nice, but its ready for some updating. My biggest complaint was the wifi, it would come and go and the TV Theater room never worked because of it. We also cooked often, but sadly the cookware was in bad shape. If they fix the wifi and freshen up the house furniture and cookware it would be a much better property and inline with the rate charged.”

“Stayed here for a group ski trip. We had 9 adults, and there were plenty of beds & space for everyone. Excellent location, the Northstar shuttle made it really easy to get to the mountain and back. You can call it from an app in the morning, and then just hop on and give your destination in the afternoon. Private hot tub was a great amenity in the backyard. Some reviews mentioned poor cleaning or a bad smell; we didn't notice any of that. I would say the only downside was that (as with many……

“We had a great stay. The check in process was difficult. We could only get into our unit because the house cleaner was still there and could help us with the code. There was a couple there with us, trying to get into their unit and their lock had to be recoded. Phone calls were needed. Our AC didn't work. Otherwise nice place and near beaches and sightseeing places. A bit loud at night as near street.”

“酒店是我见过最差的，我入住第二天出门买点东西，可是上午11点通往酒店门口的路设了路障不让前来滑雪的车辆进入了，我说我是住店客人也出示了房卡也不给进入，我跟酒店联系他们说没办法谁让开车出去了，你自己想办法外边过一夜明天再进来，酒店也不会退房费给你，我们只好在没有任何行李的情况下在外边酒店住了一夜，第二天早上10点才回到酒店。我希望酒店给我延迟退房一天或者延时退房时间到当天下午3点，但遭到酒店拒绝，要求我必须10点退房。这么无耻的酒店没有见过。”

“Beautiful Lakefront Escape for a Large Family Gathering. My family of 9 adults and 1 toddler stayed at House of the Stars over the holidays to celebrate my dad's 80th birthday. The host was extremely accommodating, allowing us an early check-in so we could settle in before the celebrations began. The home was immaculately kept and had everything we needed to feel comfortable as a large group. The kitchen was well-stocked with all the pots, pans and appliances necessary to cook multiple meals……
