“I recommend that guests double-check and confirm with the front desk whether their deposit will be refunded automatically or if they need to swipe their card in person. I was very frustrated when the front desk employee told me during check-out that I didn’t need to swipe my card to get the deposit refund. However, after driving an hour away, the front desk called me back to inform me that I had to return to swipe the card in person......Lost my time and gas.”

“Amazing stay, beautiful hotel and friendly staff! This was the nicest hotel we have stayed at. The front desk attendant (named MD) was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond numerous times. He checked in with us periodically throughout our stay, helped us and had a lovely attitude. The hotel was clean and decorated with high end, cosy furniture. Plenty of parking and situated in a great spot. We will definitely return!”
