“Room is clean and well equipped for tourists to have a pleasant stay there. Staffs are very nice and helpful. The town was quiet and beautiful. We also enjoyed some time in the Opera House. Will be back next time.”

“I recommend that guests double-check and confirm with the front desk whether their deposit will be refunded automatically or if they need to swipe their card in person. I was very frustrated when the front desk employee told me during check-out that I didn’t need to swipe my card to get the deposit refund. However, after driving an hour away, the front desk called me back to inform me that I had to return to swipe the card in person......Lost my time and gas.”

“The restaurant was closed for renovations but no mention of that on the website so there was also no "full buffet breakfast". The games room was also closed for renovations. Also not mentioned in the website. No change in room price. When I commented to the staff that the pool and games room was why I came with my young kids and wouldn't have booked otherwise, they said "we just work here, take it up with mgmt" but mgmt isn't on the property to talk to. And that was after the one rep had to ask……

“The staff were amazing and changed our bed to a king size, parking was right outside the room door which could not open after many tries the staff managed to open that door. They also had problems opening the door to the room from the passage and we had tocall the reception a few times to let us into the room.”
