I was very frustrated when the front desk employee told me during check-out that I didn’t need to swipe my card to get the deposit refund. However, after driving an hour away, the front desk called me back to inform me that I had to return to swipe the card in person......Lost my time and gas.”

“I literally only slept here. - I checked in at 11pm and it seemed like a nice place. However, the birds were insanely loud. -but the soap, drapes and bedding were nice. It was also nice to have a little snack bar to buy things and the complimentary breakfast.”
