Auch die Rezeption war bemüht und gab uns ein anderes Zimmer, nachdem das erste unzumutbar war. Unser erstes Zimmer war winzig und hatte den Charme eines Motels. Da der Zugang über eine Gemeinschaftsveranda erfolgt, kann jeder Passant direkt ins Bett schauen. Privatsphäre gibt es hier nur bei geschlossenen……

“Room was spotlessly clean. Bedding smelled fresh, not likre bleach. Check in was quick. Front desk phoned us to see if everything was ok and did we need anything (we've never had this done before) - this was a very nice touch. Breakfast was fine.”

The staff are wonderful as the cleaning crew always smiling and helpful. “This was the best motor inn I’ve ever stayed. Spacious and clean, checkin was fast and the receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast had so many varieties of food, fresh cereals, muffins and bananas. Close to Bracebridge town and Muskoka Lake. ”

“I recommend that guests double-check and confirm with the front desk whether their deposit will be refunded automatically or if they need to swipe their card in person. I was very frustrated when the front desk employee told me during check-out that I didn’t need to swipe my card to get the deposit refund. However, after driving an hour away, the front desk called me back to inform me that I had to return to swipe the card in person......Lost my time and gas.”
