He was very nice, friendly, and patient when helping us during check-out. We asked him to print out our statements, and he took the time to help us without making us feel rushed. He was very kind and professional, and we really appreciated his excellent customer service. Overall, we had a great experience at this hotel. The excellent location, clean room, and friendly and helpful staff made our stay very enjoyable. Thank you to the entire team, and especially Michael, for making us feel so welcome!"
