“Very nice room!”

“First, I called the hotel shuttle to pick me up at the airport. I waited for an hour and no one showed up. Second, the keypad of the room phone was totally inoperative, I couldn’t use for dialling and even to the front desk. I complaint and the front desk staff told me no one would fix. Third, a number of guest brought the glass and beer to the pool side, and threw the glasses on the floor, debris and blood in the poolside area. Fourth, I reserved shuttle bus to the airport scheduled at 8:30am,……

“The stay was good other than we found hair in the bathtub and there was roaches in our room”

“The people here are extremely accommodating and very fair. Basically meaning a lot of BS about dogs or people or smoking simple little things like that little stuff that helps but the staff here is awesome your rooms are okay but most don't have all the stuff but I would still give them five stars”

“Was good and clean, the toilet bowl water was a little low and sink was kind of a weird shape, the pressure was pretty high, the tub drain was a little tilted but worked fine, but otherwise everything else was great. service was kind and professional and explained the details down. the cleaning staff were fast and tidy with their work. easy parking and walking to the food places nearby. access to other places in the area by car and location was nice. ”

“Lobby has a smell. Not real pleasant. Our bed was wobbling from it not being attached to the wall anymore. The room itself was nice and clean. We were given clean towels daily and they had breakfast as well. All in all we will stay here again.”
