"Beautiful hotel. Simple and modern. Room/bathroom were clean and spacious. Hotel and valet staff were friendly and very helpful. Hotel connected to Flying Horse Cafe. Hotel location was perfect, right across the AT&T plaza and Exchange Food Hall plus central to many nearby bars and restaurants. Will be definitely be staying here again!"

"I really enjoyed my stay here. The location is great. Thanksgiving Square is across the street. DART is across the street the other way. There were plenty of restaurants, 7 elevens, and things to do and see within walking distance. The room was spacious and clean and the bed was very comfortable. All of the staff were so friendly. I like that the elevator required a key card and that staff were outside of the property at all times. That really gave a sense of security. I would definitely stay...

"Eric at the front desk set us up with a fabulous room for our 38th anniversary, and a bottle of champagne. They provided transportation to restaurants and many other amenities. The staff was very courteous and professional. The 7th floor pool area was awesome, with a bar and very attentive servers. We really enjoyed ourselves, they made us feel like royalty."

"Incredible Memorial Weekend!! The Joule is outstanding in every facet. From the moment we arrived Oscar the Bellman introduced us to the fabulous accommodations. Our check-in was seamless and efficient Our room was a little small but comfortable with luxury touches. Robes, slippers, rain shower. We loved the fitness center but the pièce de résistance was the pool. We thoroughly enjoyed every day. Mahmoud the bartender was superb! Kudos to the Joule, it is a Jewel"
