"Staff was horribly rude and they tried to charge bar tabs to my room from a bar I have never been inside. "

"Clean room, reasonable hours for breakfast, great location many attractions near by. Thankful I didn’t have a car though due to price of parking but the parking lot across the street is much cheaper. City view room is stunning. Also very quiet during my stay "

"Hotel was very well decorated for the price of the rooms. Room was very clean. One issue with a/c not working but management was quick to move me to another room. Seemed other guests had same issues in other rooms. Both rooms had great views of downtown Dallas. The breakfast buffet was excellent. Large variety of foods and drinks available. Despite being next to Dart rail the hotel and rooms were very quiet. A definite choice for my next visit. "

"Always enjoy staying here....Hilton or Marriott affiliation doesn't seem to make a difference. Housekeeping fell well below expectation this time around, however. Ran out of tissue paper on day one....it was never replaced despite requests to housekeeping and the front desk."
