“We had an excellent stay. The property is located conveniently to Rockland/Rockport/Camden and even Waldoboro so we were able to go to The famous Moddys Diner! The unit was clean with plenty of linens. Washer and dryer, dishwasher- these amenities helped us to relax and enjoy our vacation. They had auxillary heaters but we didn't even need them it was so warm in there. The kitchen was stocked with enough implements which allowed us to easily make home cooked meals. “This is really a motel from the 50's. Musty smell to the room with a very Tiny shower and bathroom. Room was comfortable temperature wise. Walls are thin and you can easily hear your neighbor. Parking was good and the motel is located within walking distance to several downtown shops and eateries. The checkin is at 4 which means you need to be there by 4 to have a face to face contact at check in otherwise you will need to call the number on the door to check in. Not likely a place I would……
