"Only downside was that we asked about a 2 hour late check out, and they wanted to charge us $45. It was obvious from the parking lot that they were not busy, and this was, to me, an insult! Otherwise wonderful. Grumble, grumble."

"I did not rate this 5 stars as it was barely a 1.This hotel was a nightmare from the start when i tried to check-in! Despite my showing the manager I had a confirmation number for 2rooms/4nights/6 people,he only had 1 room and suggested we share the 2 queen beds! He did come up with a mini suite for the first night and could find a second room for the last 2 nights leaving me to find an alternative. Unless you have death wish, I would book elsewhere as I'm sure the health department would shut it down. There's mold on the walls (don't stay on the 3rd floor!), room carpets are disgustingly filthy and housekeeping has no idea what theirnob entails. Wet towels(3days) were never collected, waste baskets never emptied, beds made with sheet over duvet ... This was must a bigantic germ fest!!"

"The staff was very friendly and gave great suggestions since we were not from there. The hotel is newer and is clean, Our room was a two queen bedroom and it was spacious for us, the bathroom gave us plenty of room and the shower was large as well. I would definitely recommend staying here to be close to the Buffalo Airport as well as a short drive to the Stadium. "

"Danielle in the restaurant was absolutely incredible. Sabrina and the desk staff amzing as well. Never stayed at a hotel where the staff literally makes you feel like family. Amazing experience."
