“The motel looks a little rough on the outside but the room was newly remodeled, very clean and modern. You can tell they’re doing a lot of work on the grounds too, so I’m sure eventually this place will be even better. I think it was great for the price. Every staff member we interacted with was very polite and helpful. It seems like a family owns the property and most of them work there. Front desk guy went above and beyond for me when I checked in. My only true complaint was the air unit……

“Building is pretty well worn. Water in bath tub would not shut off so we had to deal with that sound ALL NIGHT. Not very restful.”

“Good play to stay with good value. Convenient location. Friendly staff and good service. Made changes per my suggestions from previous stays. ”

“Checked in to my room, there was dirty, dead bugs and hair on the sheets, on the floor and in the towels. Asked for another room, was provided with another room that was cleaner but the lighting would not turn on, staff asked if that was fine. Shower head was broken. Will not stay again ever.”

“I stayed for a week because I had a funeral to attend and the property was near the family's home. The manager says he doesn't rent that suite because he uses every now and then. Seemed clean at first. Later that night I noticed there was pubic hair and poop on the toilet, behind the seat and under the lid. I had disinfecting wipes and the office was closed, so I had to clean it myself. The bathtub had cigarette burns and some of the paint inside the tub was chipped. The walls of the tub was……

“This is the worst hotel I have ever lived, the room is dirty and the equipments are old, especially in the bathroom. Although this is the first time I lived in Budget Inn which was the cheapest one, I will never choose any other hotel of Budget Inn.”

“Bugs, dirty, falling apart. Had to check in behind bulletproof glass. mad sketchy. If you need a few hours between flights and need a place to crash for the night. It’s cheap as hell. If you can stand the disgusting room it’s a low cost option. I’d vote this the most likely motel to get raided by police in all of Charlotte. ”

“I didn’t even stay. I checked out and went to a different hotel. Dirty. Cobwebs still in the windows. Dirt on the floor. You could tell the building was not taking care of over the years. Reminded me of something definitely shady. I’d recommend staying somewhere else and paying a little bit more a night. I didn’t trust a mouse sleeping here. ”

“Amazing stay! Everything was so smooth and easy, loved all the animeities they had to offer. Room was spotless and had everything you needed literally! ”

“Our family of 4 adults thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo. What a location!! The property overlooks the entire racetrack. We even decided to order takeout for dinner so we could spend as much time as possible in the condo. We had everything we needed right there for a comfortable, relaxing and fun overnight. Anyone who is into Nascar will love this rental property.”
