“The picture that are advertised are completely false. The picture show an updated hotel room and this hotel has not been updated since probably the 90s the first night our sheets were soaking wet. “This was our worst hotel experience ever. When we walked in there was blood on the check in counter. We should have walked out then. The floor in our room was filthy. Our shoes stuck to the floor with every step so we never took them off. Our shower would not drain so the second person to shower had to stand in dirty water up to their ankles. We reported this but it was never fixed. We stayed seven nights and never got clean towels or our garbage emptied despite nicely asking the housekeeper……
