Enjoy HUGE BREATHTAKING VIEWS of the pristine beach and beautiful Atlantic Ocean from the living room, kitchen, and primary bedroom, as you walk your way around this lovely 2/2 condo. From the inside you will hear sounds of the surf, and watch the waves roll in. The moment you take your first step out onto this 3rd floor unit’s spacious balcony you will find magnificent panoramic unobstructed views of the ocean. This bright and relaxing condominium is located on the “NO DRIVE” section of the beach in lovely New Smyrna.

Ready for your outdoor pleasure, we provide AMPLE BEACH CHAIRS, BEACH TOWELS, a BOOGIE BOARD a skim board, sand toys, a cooler, and more! If you should need it, a beach cart is provided to conveniently carry your cargo! Or, if tennis is your game, rackets and balls are here for you to play!

Additionally, you will be able to appreciate all the comforts of home with FREE SECURE 1K FIBEROPTIC WIFI. All SMART TV's HAVE UPGRADED CABLE. The PRIMARY BEDROOM has a COMFORTABLE KING BED and SMART TV. The 2ND BEDROOM has TWO TWIN BEDS, SMART TV, and DVD Player. Ample linens, beach towels, and luxury bath towels are provided in this condo. The living room has a 43" SMART TV, a DVD player, a comfy LaZBoy recliner, a love seat, and a sofa with a pull-out bed. There is a modest Movie Library for all ages with an assortment of DVD's. For more fun while indoors, you will find games and puzzles.

It doesn’t end there! You will have a FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN, which includes a full-size glass-top range and oven, an extra quiet dishwasher, microwave and other small appliances. The full-size refrigerator includes an icemaker. The dining table seats 6 and the adjacent kitchen bar seats 3 more people. The LARGE BALCONY contains a table that seats 4, plus 2 Adirondack Lounge Chairs are there for relaxing.

Coin Washers and Dryers are on every even floor, and if you choose to download their app, you can pay on your phone. For added convenience, we provide you with laundry and detergent.

Beach toys are located in our unit's personal storage area on the 4th floor.

This complex has a BEACHSIDE OLYMPIC HEATED POOL FACING THE OCEAN. The heat is geothermal for 78-83 Degree temperatures. The deck has ample lounge chairs, tables and umbrellas. For those who need a short break from the sun, there is a roofed area just outside the clubhouse with good shade. Two tennis courts, picnic tables, grills, shuffleboard, and more are located on this property. Free parking spaces are available too!

Great experience

RuthAnn and David were so helpful trying to help when Hurricane Dorian disrupted my plans. They went out of the way to keep me updated and help me to get my full 2 weeks st the beach. The condo was lovely, provided everything I needed. Left a lovely welcome gift . This was an amazing experience and I look forward to coming back.

A beautiful condo with numerous special touches.

We arrived on Christmas day to a small Christmas tree and a lovely basket of treats! The condo was neat, clean, well-equipped and decorated nicely. The view and the sound of the waves outside the slider was amazing. RuthAnn and David provided all of the necessary information and instructions, as well as a folder of flyers and maps for area activities. The pool was warm and the waves terrific for body boarding with the boards provided. The tennis courts were also a big plus. We loved our stay and would definitely return, the next time we're in the area. What a great holiday vacation!

Lovely condo in perfect location

We absolutely loved our stay in this condo. We have been coming to New Smyrna Beach annually on vacation for over 11 years and have stayed at several condos. This was by far our favorite. The condo is very roomy and has a lovely view of the ocean. The condo is also well appointed with everything you need to enjoy your vacation from beach chairs and towels to spices for cooking your favorite meal. You are very close to JB's Fish Camp, which is a favorite stop of my family for seafood while in NSB, and you are close to a small local park where you can see manatees. The pool is very inviting and has a beautiful view of the ocean. We were also able to see a rocket launch from the pool while there. RuthAnn and David were very helpful and great hosts. We simply could not have asked for a better beach experience.

Wonderful As Always!

RuthAnn & David are wonderful! They always have a welcome basket & letter which shows they go the extra mile. They keep their condo so nice & stocked so well. Their unit has all the cook wear, dishes, spices & untelsils needed for cooking during your stay. They also keep additional pillows, blankets, sheets, etc. It is nice to not have to buy or bring paper towels, trash bags, ziploc bags, toilet paper, etc. The unit has a good selection of beach chairs, toys, & a beach cart that is a life saver. There are a several beach towels as well. RuthAnn & David are always available if you have a question or an issue that comes up & they are so nice. This was our third stay at 306A at Smyrna Beach Club & we will definitely be back!

Don't pass up a chance to book this condo

Wow...best vacation we've ever had. Stayed a full week in late October and fell in love with the place as soon as we walked in the door. Just open the balcony doors and the sounds of the surf fill the condo. The views can not be expressed in pictures, The ocean is directly in front of you and you have a full view north and south along the shore line...all from your deck. This condo has everything you could ask for. It is very clean, fully stocked, and it is in great shape. It has new appliances, tasteful decorations, 3 HDTVs, and very comfortable furniture. The bed in the master bedroom was so comfy that my wife asked me to pull the sheets back so we could identify the brand and get one for home. The owners are great to deal with and the property manager (Julius) was extremely helpful. I just can't say enough. What a great, relaxing week we had. If it is available...I strongly suggest that you book it.

A True Beach Paradise

This year was our fifth year staying at RuthAnn's and David's condo and it won't be the last. In fact, it has become an annual staple for us. What keeps us coming back each year are the host's welcoming gestures. They are simply the nicest people we've had the pleasure of dealing with and the consummate hosts. Secondly, the condo is decorated in a seaside motif and is immaculate. We couldn't imagine staying anywhere else. We are back home less than a week and are already counting the days until our next visit. Aside from the coziness of the condo, the sounds and sights of the sea are breathtaking. Our only disappointment is having to return home and missing awakening to having coffee on the balcony while watching the sunrise over the ocean. The selection of restaurants is great. In fact, one of our new favorites is Caffe Vesuvio. The grounds are kept up beautifully and we've become accustomed to meeting other annual guests. Thank you again, RuthAnn and David for entrusting us with your beautiful seaside paradise.

Best hosts ever!

David and RuthAnn are the most hospitable guests i’ve ever had the pleasure of booking with. The condo was equipped with any and everything we could have needed. Im so glad we didn’t have to pack half the stuff we normally do for a week long trip to the beach (chairs, umbrella, sand toys). The gift basket and personalized paper on the counter was a very appreciated personal touch. The grounds were well maintained and much of the stay we were alone at the pool. David was in direct contact much of the stay for various reasons and kept us informed of some unscheduled maintenance and how it impacted us. This was an A+ stay and we would love to stay with David and RuthAnn again at Seas the day!

Perfect oceanfront condo!

My husband and I stayed for a week in this great oceanfront condo. The views are incredible, I especially enjoyed the sunrises. The condo complex is located on a great part of the beach and has a very nice oceanfront pool. The interior is as pictured and very comfortable. Kitchen and baths are well stocked with everything you need, including paper products, trash bags, dish soap, sponges, etc. We loved walking in and finding a welcome basket with delicious goodies and a 24 pack of bottled water! The hosts are the best I’ve encountered, thank you David and RuthAnn for a wonderful stay, our family had the best time!

Our Favorite Spot

We have stayed in this condo on several occasions and love the property. It has beautiful views and is very well maintained. The condo is always clean and well furnished and feels like a home away from home. This room is our first choice and the communication with the owners always enhances the experience.
