Luxurious 3 bedroom 2 Bath Condo on the Top floor with Magnificent Ocean and Intracostal Views! Our pool has reopened after construction!!! The Penthouse Condo has nearly 2000 square feet of luxury! Freshly painted, new appliances, and new luxurious carpet! Club room with pool table and kitchenette. Nicely equipped fitness center. Parking garage for 1 vehicle guaranteed, and open lot for 1 additional vehicle (first come). Large balcony with table and chairs for meals and sunset memories that will last forever! Our balcony can be enjoyed 24 hours a day with north facing Ocean and intracoastal views! Gourmet granite kitchen, new appliances, and fully equipped with everything you wished you could have brought from home. Full size dining room table and pass-thru breakfast bar seating. With this large open floor plan connecting all of your favorite entertainment spaces, you are sure to have a vacation to remember! This space also includes a sofa sleeper and a 55 inch curved smart TV with all the channels you will need. (Parent warning! All TV's have adult channels. Free high-speed WIFI.

Before we bought this Condo, we rented a condo nearby. It was in desperate need of repair and maintenance and I thought 🤔, I can provide way better accommodations than this for families, and voilà!

In the summers, on the Boardwalk there are free concerts with great bands every Saturday night & a great Fireworks display.

Spring break

Amazing stay! We truly enjoyed our vacation. The Condo was clean, plenty of room for all of us, and there was beach supplies available! The communication with Bill was excellent. Close to everything but far enough away from the hustle and bustle.

The Perfect Basecamp

Had a great experience at this property and would definitely stay here again with my family. Everything was very clean, worked as expected, parking was easy and accessible. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfy place to call home while in Daytona Beach.

Exactly what I expected

Amazing!!! Beautiful place, nicely furnished and equipped with everything you need to relax. Large and well equipped kitchen, including a pantry with extra spices and condiments. Large balcony with nice view and a strange full of everything you need to enjoy the stay on the beach. Our family of four has a truly wonderful and relaxing time, and we would come back again! Communication with the owner was great!

Comfortable and home-Like

House was beautifully furnished. Ocean view and intercoastal view on too floor. Kitchen had all that was needed. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms modern and also comfortable. This is a jewel. Hope to comeback next year.

Amazing Unit!

We stayed in Bill and Shelly's unit for five nights and thoroughly enjoyed everything. Bill was such a gracious and attentive host - we couldn't have asked for anything more. The condo had everything and anything you could possibly need right down to the toothpicks on the counter!!! The condo was very spacious and comfortable and all of Bill and Shelly's personal touches (the HUGE gift bag of goodies on the counter and all the little bags in each bedroom) made us feel so welcomed and appreciated. Thank you for making our stay wonderful!!

Penthouse on the beach!

Bill’s place was perfect. Great views from this top floor condo! Out family of 6 had more than enough space to satisfy everyone. Location was perfect and after a quick elevator ride to the main floor and to the pool you’re literally steps from the beach. The connected walkway from the pool area to the beach makes access a breeze! Thank you Bill. PS don’t forget to thank your sister for the welcome basket. This was such a pleasant surprise and satisfaction to quiet four hungry children instantly! We will definitely stay again in the future! Ray Webb

Excellent condo

The pictures are accurate! The king bed was sooo comfy! The kitchen was huge and had anything you wanted to cook meals. It was large enough for everyone to not be on top of each other. Nicely furnished and maintained overall. I would definitely stay again!! The only thing I would add is that the location of the garage is tricky as it is entered from the street so it took a while to figure that part out. Otherwise, I loved not having to carry a key around and passing it back and forth.

Pure relaxation

Great time had by all. The condo was emaculately clean and felt like home. The condo is within walking distance to stores, putt putt, and had easy beach access. It was a lovely touch to have gift bags left on day off arrival. Love the personal touch and the kids loved the snacks. The owners were always available for any questions that we had. Lovely Property, Outstanding Hosts

We enjoyed our stay in 1102. This was our first time at The Opus. The hosts went above and beyond with all of the extras that they provide for their guests! I’ve never stayed anywhere that went the extra mile like them!

Great stay in Daytona Beach Shores!

The condo was spacious and beautifully furnished. It was generously stocked with supplies and extras, including a gift basket, a great selection of coffee pods, snacks in every room, extra toiletries, etc. the master bath is right out of a Better Homes and Gardens magazine. Parking is secure and convenient. Bottom line: a great place to stay for a beach vacation!

Awesome and helpful

We had to book last minute due to hurricane Helene, and Bill was so helpful getting it all set. The condo was gorgeous, roomy, and homey. Plus, they had snacks there so we had something to eat after our travel and before we were able to shop. We even had a nice little surprise for each of us in our rooms. After 3 days, hurricane Milton developed and we had to cut our trip short. Once again, Bill was so helpful and understanding.

Beautiful condo

This was our 2nd time staying in this absolutely beautiful condo and I honestly don’t think we’d ever stay any place else in Daytona. The condo is wonderful, a true “Home away from Home”! The owners are wonderful and Bill makes sure that your stay is going well and he is easy to get ahold off.

Even better the 2nd time! – PERFECT!

This was our second stay at this amazing condo, and it keeps getting better! The condo is spacious, clean, comfortable, and fully stocked with everything you need to enjoy your getaway. They have thought of everything and then some! Beautiful balcony views and so many thoughtful touches set this place apart from the rest. It just feels like home.
