While we did encounter a significant delay during dinner service due to staffing challenges, we were deeply impressed by the staff’s graciousness in offering a complimentary dessert to make amends. Even when faced with operational hurdles, the hotel team strives to maintain a guest-first philosophy. We look forward to returning and seeing the dining experience return……
