It has every convenience you could ask for including 2 coffee makers, a blender, washer/dryer, TV's in every room, etc. Easy walk to the beach or pool. A wonderful large screened in porch. "Our family had an amazing Easter weekend at this wonderful house. The location is perfect! It’s located in the middle of everything and only 5 min walk to the most beautiful beach. The community heated pool is also across the street. The house size was perfect four our family of four. The kitchen and living room area are small but you have all the wonderful restaurants within 2 min walk. No need to cook. The assigned garage is small and does not fit a large SUV but they have plenty of street...

The location is private and secure but also about 60 seconds away from the beach and about a two-minute walk to restaurants and shops. I loved not having to drive anywhere the entire stay. "Amazing communication from the host prior to and during our stay. Every need is met in this bungalow from toiletries to towels to bikes and chairs. The kitchenette has a complete coffee station with everything one would need. The host provides shower washes, shampoo and conditioner, and a few hair care products were available. The bed is beyond comfy and there are plenty of blankets and pillows. We thoroughly enjoyed out stay!"

"Great location in Rosemary Beach - close to beach and fabulous swimming pool. Close to the restaurants. Should provide dimensions of garage so guest can tell ahead of time if car will fit. Suggestions: all minor problems. 1. Could use a cookie sheet. 2. Be sure to fix handles on closet door and bathroom door. 3. Fix hinge on bathroom cabinet door. 4.Fix dark skuffs on floor. Generally things worked very well. Bathroom - good. TV works. Bed comfortable. Porch and LR furniture good."

Highly recommend for those prioritizing quick beach access. We went during Memorial Weekend and were easily able to get a front row beach spot.
