“The bar and close proximity to the beach”

“Rooms are scattered all over a 3 block radius. The room was almost impossible to find. It was very basic. We didn’t feel comfortable enough to sleep under the covers. ”

“What I liked: The staff was very nice and accommodating, and made a point of being friendly. I have zero complaints about the staff. They were excellent. They also had great pillows. What I didn't like: Beware, the rooms they advertise online are NOT the rooms you get. The room looked nothing like what was pictured. Neither did the "continental breakfast" they offer. They also failed to mention that they only offer basic cable TV. The room was old, the walls were stained, and the squeaky……

“Just stayed one night, the receptionist was nice, friendly and always smiling. We room was good and didn’t hear any noise. There is a European buffet nearby if interested in trying something. We will stay here again next time we come back to Fort Lauderdale ”

“I checked in on 2/27 around 1AM. The evening attendant was very accommodating and even came outside to help me find a parking spot. I had a completely different experience at checkout. On Monday before the 11AM checkout I went to the front desk and asked the attendant if I could check out at 11:30. She said it would cost me to do so. I had already spent hundreds of dollars and most hotels extended checkouts as I courtesy. she insisted that it was the policy. I declined the charge and said I’d be……

“Everything was perfect.”

“The air was ok the whole place need renovations. It was water on the floor by the bed. The bed was old and broken. ”

“What can I say? This place had everything you needed for a great trip away—oceanfront, lounge chairs, location, amazing rooms. I look forward to my next trip already. The owner was so accommodating as we arrival several hours early and he still got us in well before check in time. He was super friendly to everyone he saw too.”

“Everything- pool, check-in, breakfast is all at different locations. No blanket or pillow on pullout mattress, no extra blankets or sheets. Rusty hinges in the restroom. TV was not working properly. Best thing is the location is a walk away from the beach!! Will not return to this location! ”
