“Very beautiful room. Clean, friendly staff. They are still renovating it, cant wait to see when it is fully done being renovated. Lake Michigan is literally across the street. Will definitely be staying again!”

“Staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was also excellent. It had plenty of fresh scrambled eggs, as well as yogurt and regular breakfast items such as bread, waffles, etc. I only needed a place to stay for one night, but the accommodations were so wonderful. I might consider staying a couple nights someday so I could explore Manistique and the beautiful shoreline. As it was, there was a delightful breeze off the lake in the evening.”

“they didn't hold my reservation. i showed up after midnight. no one at office, but a phone number to call for after 11pm . No one answered. we had to go down the street and find another place to stay after midnight. Stopped back the next day at 9 am to find out what happened. No good result. A VERY RUDE "manager" called me at 3pm to explain but she was terribel”

“Breakfast Buffet was Great. Housekeeping was very Helpful, especially Annette. She was very thorough and helpful. Was able to use the small laundry room this time. Didn't get a chance to use pool because of busy schedule.”

“We were on a vacation for a week, with no plans; we stopped when we wanted and seen what we wanted and didn't use technology, it was amazing and this was the nicest room we stayed in. The room was clean and taken care of and the bed was amazing. Thank you so much for our stay.”

“room stunk (girl from desk came up and told me if she sprayed i had to leave for an hour...at 9 pm), bed was warped at head sunk in feet normal, staff rude when checking in, breakfast was low options, air conditioner did not work. Then i complained they gave me 20.00 off of 180.00. never go there. A person at the local Casino asked where i was staying, when i said Travelodge in Escanaba, they said do you like it? I said omg NO. They said its known to be the worst place in town.”

“Right in our path perfect for our needs”

“The price was $188 1st thing we encountered was a full on fight with 3 other guest and the staff member. It was awful! Then they started yelling at us while we were trying to get to our room. Slept with chairs under our door and dresser pushed up to door. The next morning went to go and get breakfast and there was a person with a pair of underwear on and nothing else! We grabbed our stuff and took off! Do not recommend.”
