“Good service”

“If you are looking for modern and up to date, this is not your place. If you are looking for family friendly, this is it! We actually wore out our kids. They played on the beach, went shark tooth and shell hunting. When they needed a break from the beach they went to pools, lazy rivers and slides. Having the option to get out of the sun was amazing. When they were done with the water they played ping pong and chess. We booked a 1 bedroom and it was plenty of space for the 4 of us. Having a……

“The rooms were clean. The pool area is very nice and I enjoyed the spa. There are not a lot of food options. There are a few different restaurants, but they all basically serve the same food. That would be my only complaint.”

“Estaba limpio ,, pero estuvimos 5 días y no nos llegaron hacer limpieza ,, solo nos dieron una escoba para que nosotros barrieramos la arena,,tampoco llegaron a cambiar sábanas a la cama,, eso no nos gustó, pagamos una por una avitacion de 2 camas y solo tenia una,, se supone que uno va de vacaciones y paga por los servicios eso incluye limpieza por parte del hotel”

“Everything was clean and stuff, I couldn’t really complain too much BESIDES…the picture on here is NOT where this is. That’s the sister hotel..this one has ONE pool nothing else. I paid for oceanfront…I was “other hotel front” when I asked about changing my room bc ya know I PAID for oceanfront, they ignored me. And they are greedy with towels 😂 everything else was fine, I didn’t hangout there much.”

“I liked all of it. I love the beach view and the balcony. I will be back.”
