“The location of the property is convenient. I did not really use the facilites as the gym is very limited and cramped and the pool is more of a cold plunge. Breakfast is quite good but the room is too small for the number of guests at peak times. The room was clean but the air conditioning is too cold even when set to a higher temperture. The room has USB sockets but no plugs except in the bathroom. As my phone, like many modern phones, charges via USB-C I could only charge it in the bathroom……

“Very disappointing and traumatic experience at Regency Copacabana.
The hotel looks NOTHING like the photos advertised online. The images are misleading and completely different from the reality. We arrived exhausted with my daughter and were given a room in terrible and unsanitary conditions.
