“The staff at the hotel were fantastic and assisted us with all our needs. Even though we are English speakers we felt right at home here. The rooms are modern, with excellent views of the city (we could even see Christ the redeemer from our hotel window!). The breakfast buffet was plentiful each morning and provided us a very accessible way to get breakfast with such a busy schedule.
We completed our excursions and came home to a clean and tidy room each day. The room also had air conditioning……

“I booked a ocean view room but when I arrived the hotel staff provide me a handicap room on the third floor with no view to the ocean; I complained and the changed me to another room on the same floor with view to the bar and pool ... I had complained and finally got the room I paid for.
Also, every single morning out of the 5 days the maintenance crew was banging and using electrical tools - I complained but no solution was offered.
The area where they serve breakfast was under maintenance also……
