“The cleaners were really nice. The property is clean and fresh. The size of the bedroom is okay. The rooftop view is very nice. The staff mainly speak Portuguese or Spanish and not enough English or French. At the end of our stay we got an unexpected 700reals bill for room service, water bottles refill and laundry service. Mind you we were never informed that those service costed money and we were never told the price either. We never doubted that it will cost money cause every hotel I’ve been……
