“Overall it was a nice place, the beds were comfortable and everything was clean and nice. The common area between the beds was a converted patio totally finished which is fine, but there were large gaps that allowed some bugs to come in. If they can fill in those gaps with something then it would be 5 stars all around.”

“This place turned out to be one of our best experiences renting through a service like VRBO. Primarily, the host made the difference--so accommodating and respectful. And the place was perfect for us, full kitchen, comfortable seating and access to an outdoor patio which lent a sense of home to the whole experience. Highly recommend it for a getaway for two.”

“The place is very nice. The complex is super quiet. The unit is very comfortable. The bedding and towels are excellent as well. The kitchen was excellent and allowed us to cook some meals there rather than going out all the time, which was nice. As stayed the parking access is narrow, our car was fine, but SUV or large pick ups would likely not fit. Overall, a great place to stay when visiting So Cal, especially Pasadena like us!”

“We enjoyed our stay. Our pets loved it, it was private, cozy, and was true to the advertisement. The only thing was the heater was too hot and would continue to heat past the setting. We had to turn it off and use the AC to cool the room down. The onsite manager was readily available and we met the owner, Ronald who was extremely kind and so nice to talk to. We would stay again! “It was in close proximity to Disneyland. Anything we needed was also close. We would stay again. The instructions were clear and easy. Communication was great with rapid response time. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others. Furniture (sofa and bed) could be upgraded for more comfort ”

“Our stay were was fine. The king beds were comfy, the unit was comfortable and we had plenty of room for the 5 of us. The extra twins beds are not a full twin length and anyone taller than 64 inches wouldn't want to sleep on it. We didn't love the part of town it was in but never felt unsafe. This particular unit is right on the street and could be noisy at times. “The place worked well for us and our visit with our daughter who lives in Sierra Madre. Had some issues with the upstairs unit moving furniture in the late evening several nights. Overall it met our needs and was easy to use.”

“We booked this house largely becasue of the online photos of the pool and spa. we were not disappointed. The back yard and pool area is lovely. We didn't have time to use the pool table and ping pong table but that area was lovely as well. I think you may need to buy some ping pong balls. The home is starkly furnished, not a lot of extra rugs and pillows and decor, etc. But that makes keeping it clean easy.
