“We knew what to expect staying at the Colonies, as we are former timeshare owners ourselves, and had stayed here before. It’s a very nice property with spacious villas in a great location, so we were happy with our decision to return. Chad was great with communication, and was able to get us set up for our stay in advance (guest certificate) without any issue. A few very minor issues with the unit due to the age of the property, which we addressed with maintenance, but nothing that would prevent……

“Very nice condos. I had a broken towel rack in one bathroom and our bottom shelf in the frig was broken, so you couldn’t use it, but no complaints other than that. I brought it to mgt attention”
