“This hotel need a big upgrade it is falling apart. Most of the lift were out of order, we got stuck in one of them and the staff was very annoyed with us instead of apologising. The croissants at breakfast were old and we couldn’t eat it. Check in was very late at 4pm and they do the check out at 10:00am too early!! Overall not a good experience. I will not go back.”

“We arrived and the check in was fine but the shower didn’t work, there was no running water and the light in the bathroom didn’t work. The breakfast was free Because there wasn’t any. No breakfast and reception looked at us as if we were mad, they had no idea and suggested we come back after the check out time of 11am, we will not be staying here again and nor should you”

“Very disappointed with our room for the price we paid. Have stayed in many hotels over the country and our room was very small. One side of the bed was so small it was hard to get out of bed. Some of the carpet was a bit frayed round the edges We were booked fo 2 nights but only stayed for one night. Staff were great and very helpful. The stairs up to the hotel reception was a bitof a pain with our suitcases and there were more stairs going up an down to get to our room. Im afraid I would not...

“Estábamos alojados en el piso 3 y el ascensor no funcionaba, el baño no estaba en la habitación y en la descripción de la habitación no se indica. El check in hay que llamar antes porque no suele haber nadie. Para pasar una noche no está mal. El desayuno justito. El café malísimo. Lo mejor la atención de la recepcionista, simpática y amable. ”

“We were expecting a well maintained, boutique hotel, sadly it was not. Although refurbished in Nov 2014, the state of our room (1) lacked maintenance. Although each was relatively minor, when 10 issues are present, then the result is a disappointment. I relayed these to the receptionist on departure, and she seemed reluctant to seriously acknowledge the problem. This summed up the general feeling of laissez-faire.”

“The shared shower was cramped, dark, and you easily bang your head. Not only that you get a bang on the door by management stating checkouts 10am even though I was there 2 nights. Everytime you left the room you're interrogated by management wanting to know your every move. If you want a peaceful stay this isn't it. Needless to say I didn't stay the 2nd night found somewhere else.”
