“Lovely clean and comfy accommodation with everything you could need in a great location. Property owners were welcoming and helpful. ”

“The property is in a quiet cul de sac of the village. Note there are street lights in the cul de sac but none in the village. You need a torch. The place was clean. Good sized bathroom. Well equipped kitchen especially if you want to cook for yourself. The cottage is an ideal base for visiting the area with many attractions a short drive away. There is no where to eat within walking distance but the 2 local pubs are a short walk and the locals are very friendly. As we were there for a week……

“I originally wanted to book from the 14th to the 18th but the system wouldn’t allow me to do that so I ended up booking one night and then after a couple of false starts I managed to book the other 3 nights. The first night I had a room with a shower which was very nice (lovely in fact). However the wi fi was terrible downstairs but works a lot better upstairs as I had to change rooms because of not being able to book all 4 nights at the same time. Really good otherwise.”

“Check-in was smooth, and the evening staff were particularly welcoming and helpful. Dinner was also very enjoyable, and the quality of the food stood out. The property itself is quite large, which may contribute to some of the upkeep challenges. However, throughout the property the carpets appeared worn and in poor condition, and the upholstery in the restaurant was also noticeably tired and in need of refurbishment. While nothing felt unclean, the overall impression was that the interiors……
