“I didn't receive check-in information until i was leaving home for the airport, not helpful. The complex does not have a swimming pool, though hotels-com says it does. There is a small area to sit next to a large heated spa pool, but my fob never worked on the door to the area, despite numerous complaints. I was allocated an apartment on the ground floor with windows on one side only, looking over a walk way straight at another block or apartments. No direct sunlight, so the apartment was dingy……

“We truly enjoyed our stay here! This 2 bedroom hall and kitchen house was clean, cozy, and well-equipped — Christine made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable and seamless experience. We were a family of 6 people (3 generations) that stayed for three weeks, during which we cooked, cleaned, watched TV, and explored the Bay Area. It genuinely felt like a home away from home. “This property is very impressive. It was clean and in order. The bathroom is spacious and beautifully remodeled. The manager was completely accommodating. It is indeed a 5 star property. However, the neighborhood, which looks like it is in the throws of regentrification, is unpleasant in its appearance. Over a short amount of time this will change for the better. In the end don't let the look of the neighborhood discourage your stay here. It's location is a prime place to stay while in Oakland.……

“Unusually spacious and beautifully decorated three bedrooms with two full baths which is hard to find. We enjoyed gathering each evening in the combined living and dining area with extra seating in the kitchen area. The rental was very comfortable for our family group of three to five during our two week stay. The kitchen was well equipped with pots and pans and dishware etc. However, no food items or spices were supplied except coffee and tea so we brought a few things with us and……
