“The house was exactly as listed. Very clean and ready for us to move right in. Check in was easy. Check out was easy too. We had communication with the owner the entire time and he even came out to help us with a door issue. We had plenty of space so everyone could spread out if they felt the need. The house is close to everything. The street is a very busy street, so getting in and out of the drive was a bit tricky but nothing you don't experience anywhere else. I would highly recommend this……

“This is an older home ON the lake. It is an open floor plan and can view the lake from one end of the sectional. The kitchen was fully equiped with some seasonings. The kitchen table, although very pretty, was a little wobbly-be cautious. The deck out back was very nice and welcoming with a couple chairs and table. The sunrise was spectacular ✨️.”

“This is a nice house in a great neighborhood. It’s close to everything in Ann Arbor. Open garage to park in and nice patio furniture out back. A comfortable house. We’ve stayed here twice and definitely would again.”

“This was a wonderful stay, we visited the University of Michigan for a visit and dance team clinic. The location was perfect close to everything, shops, restaurants, and bars. The property was clean and comfortable and Dina the host was responsive and helpful. Coming back in my next stay at Ann Arbor”

“Were in town for UM function in July and all hotels were twice their usual cost. This place was 20 min away, spacious enough for 4-5 people, has outfitted full kitchen and was equal cost of one night at The Graduate where we have stayed. We would come again if here with family.”

“We stayed for a fishing trip and the place was awesome. You can tell theres alot of memories from hunting and fishing adventures and we got to make our own while staying here. Steve was very accomadating and jumped on any questions or concerns, even divulging some local fishing tips. We really liked the location for our purposes, being within a half hour of multiple boat launches on the Detroit river or Lake Erie all while feeling safe and secure to leave my boat and equipment overnight. “My Crew stayed here for a job at Michigan Stadium. This Place was great for us, Even though we were here for a job. We felt right at home, Everything we needed was here along with a great host to accommodate us. I would recommend this place for a Family as well. Everything is near to house with lots to do. thank you again for letting us stay at your Comfy Home.”

“Interesting old farmhouse with many rooms for spreading out. Kitchen has been updated and has a pleasant sitting room with a couch, two chairs and a small table. Beds are very comfortable! If you plan on doing lots of cooking, you may want to take your own pots and pans--not quite enough pots/skillets, and most need replacing.”

“The house was nice. Had everything we needed. The trees were full of birds singing, there are a couple eagles who stayed in the trees just outside and the squirrels were friendly too. The water was brown and unswimable, but overall, absolutely beautiful. Happy we booked here! Check in and out was easy and owner was responsive to messages.”
