“This hotel and it's location make the perfect getaway to enjoy the delightful town of Dunedin, Fl. The staff, the free breakfast, the rooms, the activities in walking distance. The only thing we thought could be better were the mattresses (2 queens) inour room on the 2nd level. We mentioned it when we checked out and they made a note of it and would be addressing it. We give this place anA+ !”

“I have a Tahoe; the parking is tight as there are many concrete columns in the parking area The electronic key failed to work twice, and I had to go back to the front desk each time for a new key”

“Great Location, great communication with VRBO representatives and great front desk personnel. Very clean.. like I said more hotel size than a Condo. Wouldn’t want more than 2 people in the room. Wouldn’t be big enough. Had a nice patio and quiet view. Loved having a restaurant and bar on site..with live music Friday-Sunday and you could hear it while laying at heated pool while looking at the water. Loved it! Probably would love to back next year. ”
